Meli's Lounge is truly growing into a world wide brand and one of the most popular venues in Southern Africa. It even attracted the attention of Paul Simon (pictured here with the owner of Meli's Lounge) who chose to shoot some part of his Graceland documentary at Meli's this past week. It was a pleasant surprise to locals to see this legendary musician filming his much anticipated documentary at their favourite hangout spot. Meli was delighted to meet Simon who congratulated him on his achievement of launching such a vibrant and world class venue. Meli's Lounge is positioned perfectly as not only a tourist attraction, but also as an ideal location for filming ads, music videos and films.
